Ahead of the matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans, Tyreek Hill exclaimed that no team in the NFL could guard the wide receivers of the Chiefs. Following Hill's comments, Sammy Watkins shared the same belief that Kansas City's wide receiver can't be guarded per James Palmer.

Since Patrick Mahomes became the starting quarterback in 2018, the Chiefs have put together a nearly unstoppable offense. With Hill, Watkins, Demarcus Robinson, and Mecole Hardman, Kansas City has the fastest wide receiver corps in the NFL.

Due to the speed on offense, teams spend countless trying to configure ways to slow them down. Despite the extra effort to contain Hill and company, most teams fail to keep Kansas City's offense in check.

In last week's Divisional Round bout with the Houston Texans, the Chiefs proved they can do anything they please offensively. After being down 24-0 early in the second quarter, the Chiefs scored 41 unanswered points. Of course, Kansas City would advance to the AFC Championship after beating the Texans 51-31.

However, the wide receivers of the Chiefs combined for only eight receptions, 140 yards, and zero touchdowns versus Houston. Above all, Hill—arguably Kansas City's most dynamic weapon—was held to three catches for 41 yards.

Provided that, the Texans proved that you can somewhat contain the wide receivers of the Chiefs. But even when you do, there are other options that could cause damage to your defense.

While Hill and the wide receivers struggled, Travis Kelce was unstoppable against the Texans. The All-Pro tight end corraled 10 passes for 134 yards and three touchdowns. Even if Hill and Watkins' claim is flawed, the Titans' secondary will have their hands full on Sunday.
