The Kansas City Chiefs' offense will be at full power in their AFC divisional round game against the Houston Texans. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, tight end Travis Kelce is expected to play after landing on the injury report as questionable.

Kelce is dealing with IT band tightness that's causing pain, per Rapoport. But that's not going to stop him from playing in the biggest game of the Chiefs' season.

Kelce played all 16 games in 2019, tallying 97 receptions for 1,229 yards and five touchdowns in the process. He earned his fifth-straight Pro Bowl nod for his efforts and his second appearance on the AP second-team All-Pro.

On Friday, the Chiefs indicated that Kelce should play against the Texans on Sunday despite his limited status in practice all week. Head coach Andy Reid said the tight end’s injury is “more a bruise than anything,” per Jill Toyoshiba of The Kansas City Star.

The Chiefs tight end faced the Texans in Week 6 when he tallied four receptions for 58 yards. Kelce could be in store for a bigger game in the divisional round, as Houston is without their tight end stopper in safety Tashaun Gipson. His backup, Jahleel Addae, also will not play.

According to Pro Football Reference, the Texans allowed 75 receptions for 868 yards and six touchdowns to tight ends in 2019, 14th, 12th and 10th most in the NFL, respectively. Expect Patrick Mahomes to look for Kelce often.

If Kelce can help the Chiefs beat the Texans in the divisional round, Kansas City would move on to the AFC Championship, where they would host the Tennessee Titans.
