The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Arizona Cardinals 26-14 but according to Travis Kelce, the coaching staff still wasn't happy with the 12 point victory. The offensive line struggled to keep the Cardinals out of the backfield which led to Patrick Mahomes being sacked six times, and they also collected five other tackles for a loss.

Kelce said after the game that the coaching staff made it clear that the offense's play on the field wasn't good enough and was something that needed to be improved upon.

“From what the coaches were expressing out there, the way we played was just unacceptable,” Kelce said, via Peter King’s Football Morning in America. “We say that because we’ve been able to roll on just about everyone we’ve played.”

This was supposed to be a nice easy victory for the Chiefs before they head to Mexico City next week to take on the Los Angeles Rams, but it was anything but that. They let the Cardinals hang around all afternoon, and although it never felt like they were going to lose the game, it wasn't as easy as it should have been.

The most concerning part for the Chiefs is just how good the offense is going to need to be against the Rams to have a chance in that game. Mahomes did throw for 249 yards and two touchdowns but for a guy that has had such a special season those are down numbers.

The biggest thing for the Chiefs that needs to be cleaned up before the Rams game is the defense needs to be better. The Rams defensive line is going to wreak havoc if the offensive line is strong.
