Chad Johnson knows that Super Bowl LV is on the horizon with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Mike Evans taking on the reigning champion Kansas City Chiefs and Tyreek Hill in Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay.

While the quarterbacks, Tom Brady of the Bucs and Patrick Mahomes of the Chiefs, might be the biggest names on the field on Sunday, former Pro-Bowl wide receiver Chad Johnson expressed his opinions on two of the big-name wide receivers that will suit up on February 7:

As you can see, Johnson (also known as Ochocinco) believes that Tyreek Hill of the Chiefs will have a bigger game on Sunday in the big game. In a further Tweet, Johnson explained that Hill will break off a big play even if he is being double-teamed at every opportunity.

The tale of the tape for these two premier wideouts shows that Hill had a tremendous season in 2020 with 1267 receiving yards and a whopping 15 touchdowns for the Chiefs, which was a career-high for the 26-year-old. He also tacked on two rushing touchdowns for good measure. For the second time in his career, he led the league in yards per touch with 14.0.

The Chiefs know they have a formidable opponent. For his part, three-time Pro Bowler Mike Evans of the Bucs had a strong campaign as well. Evans bested his previous career-high of 12 touchdown receptions by nabbing 13 during the 2020 campaign – likely because he had one of the greatest passers of all time tossing him the ball last season in Tom Brady.

Overall, Hill has made five straight Pro Bowls to start his career with the Chiefs and has already been named to three All-Pro teams – including this season. Though Chad Johnson might’ve been out of the league for a while, it seems he still knows his receivers.
