The Kansas City Chiefs appear to be getting their most explosive weapon back in the offense in Week 6. After testing his shoulder out in pregame warmups, Tyreek Hill is planning to play versus the Houston Texans per Adam Schefter.

Hill has been absent from the Kansas City offense in the past four games after suffering the shoulder injury in Week 1. Despite him missing a month, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs boast the second-best offense (444.6 yards per game) and the fourth-ranked scoring offense (29.6 points per game).

The addition of Hill back in the offense will help Mahomes and company stretch the field more with big plays. While Hill was sidelined, Demarcus Robinson, Mecole Hardman, and Byron Pringle all saw their workloads increased.

As a result of him coming back, Pringle or Hardman will likely see fewer reps in the offense. Even though, Sammy Watkins is ruled out for Week 6 with a hamstring injury that has ailed him in recent weeks.

In Week 6, the Chiefs will host the Houston Texans in a game that figures to be a shootout between two high-flying offenses. Therefore, Hill's return to the offense comes at a perfect time.

It remains to be seen if Andy Reid decides to allow Hill to receive a full workload in the offense just yet. Especially since the Chiefs will have a short week to prepare for the Denver Broncos in Week 7.

Nevertheless, Mahomes is ecstatic to get his big-play threat back in the offense as he faces Deshaun Watson in a battle of talented quarterbacks taken in the 2017 NFL Draft.
