On Friday, Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill went in for tests for his clavicle, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network in hopes of playing on Sunday against the Houston Texans. In doing so, Hill will be a game-time decision, as coach Andy Reid said on Friday.

He did OK,” Reid said of Hill's practice week, per Adam Teicher of ESPN. “He did a little scout team. He did a few plays with (the starters) on the offensive side. We'll see how it all rolls down the road here. We've got to make sure the docs are OK with it.”

Hill sustained his injury in the first quarter of Week 1. Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey hit the wide-out of bounds. Shortly after, he was ruled for the rest of the game and taken to the hospital. He was given a 6-to-8 week timetable to return. If he plays against Houston, he will beat it.

If Hill is out, the Chiefs will be down two starting receivers on Sunday. Reid noted that Sammy Watkins is doubtful with a hamstring injury he re-aggravated in Week 5's 19-13 loss against the Indianapolis Colts. In addition, starting left tackle Eric Fisher is out as he recovers from core muscle surgery, starting defensive lineman Chris Jones will also not play since he is battling a groin injury suffered in Week 5.

In all, the Chiefs are a battered team. Hill coming back would help change that. It will also help them potentially beat the Texans, who are on their heels for the No. 2 spot in the AFC.
