Kansas City Chiefs' quarterback Patrick Mahomes took no time at all to become one of the best in the NFL. A true superstar – he already has an MVP, a Super Bowl ring and a Super Bowl MVP under his belt.

Due to that, it isn't hard for fans to get excited about the prospect of seeing the quarterback playing again.

However, Mahomes seemed to feel like giving the fans a little something just in case anyways. The quarterback took to Twitter to post his offseason workout. He did so by posting a hype-workout video hybrid.

First, strong song choice. That's very important when it comes to hype videos. “I Stay Workin'” from K-Rino if anyone was wondering.

Now let's talk about the video. There really is no reason for Mahomes to post-hype videos. Fans already can't get enough of the absolutely electric quarterback.

However, he did. And in doing so, he someone got people even more excited to see his whimsical style of play.

It also does not hurt that there has been very little in the sports department over the last few months. Now everything is slowly returning.

The MLB is in “Summer Camp” and hopefully will start their season without an issue. Meanwhile, the NBA is set to start right at the end of July. And the NFL is still expected to start at their usual time.

So all this time off has gotten sports fans clamoring for any type of action. And seeing arguably the best quarterback in the NFL giving everyone a glimpse of how he's stayed ready for the season definitely helps.

Mahomes has put up some historic numbers over the last two seasons. And it looks like he won't be slowing down any time soon. Excuse the terrible pun, but he certainly “stayed workin'” this offseason.
