The Seattle Seahawks were hoping to have Chris Carson available in Week 10, but he should be able to return in Week 11. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Carson is in line to return in Seattle's showdown with the Arizona Cardinals next week.

Back in Week 7, when the Seahawks faced the Cardinals the first time, Carson suffered a foot injury. He would exit the game early and would be diagnosed with a mid-foot sprain.

Ever since he sustained the injury, Carson has missed the past two games for the Seahawks. Prior to his foot ailment, Carson had 323 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns. The bruising running back also had 22 receptions for 147 receiving yards and a career-best three receiving touchdowns.

Heading into Week 10, the Seahawks are set to play in a pivotal matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. If Seattle were to lose on Sunday and the Cardinals win, the Seahawks could drop from first place in the NFC West to third place.

While Carson has been sidelined, Carlos Hyde, Deejay Dallas, and Travis Homer have seen expanded workloads in the backfield. However, similar to Carson, Hyde has been sidelined with an injury since Seattle's Week 7 bout with the Cardinals.

Luckily for the Seahawks, they have Russell Wilson under center to make up for the absence of Carson. Despite turning the ball over seven times in two out of the past three games, Wilson is still an MVP candidate this season.

Even though the Seahawks will be without Carson on Sunday versus the Rams, having him back next Thursday when the team takes on the Cardinals will be a welcome sight.
