Bengals Week 13 Predictions

4. Joe Burrow continues to impress

There wasn't much that Joe Burrow couldn't do against the Steelers in week 12. He went 20-24 with 190 yards and a touchdown. The Bengals didn't need to rely heavily on their passing game. Joe Mixon was able to put up 165 yards on only 28 carries. He also finished with two touchdowns.

This week they're going to have to pass the ball a bit more. Joe Burrow is going to do what he does best. He's going to throw for over two hundred seventy-five yards with two touchdowns including one to Ja'Marr Chase.

3. The defense shows they can get stops

There have been points in the year where Cincinnati's defense has not been great. This has not been the case the past two weeks as they have held both opponents to under 13 points. Unfortunately for the Bengals, two weeks prior to that, they gave up 41 points to the Cleveland Browns and 34 points to the New York Jets and their backup quarterback, Mike White.

Cincinnati realizes that if they want to win the AFC North, they're going to need to almost win out. That's all going to rely on the defense. The offense is going to put up at least 21 points in most of their games. The defense needs to be the one who can get stops and help secure a victory.

Their defense is going to play well against a very good Chargers offense. They aren't going to allow more than 20 points.

2. Cincinnati wins easy

Cincinnati is going to win this game with ease. This might come as a surprise to some people, but the Chargers don't exactly have the greatest defense. This is going to cause issues for the Chargers as they are not going to get stops against Joe Burrow and the high-powered Cincinnati offense.

The Bengals are going to score 30-plus points and only give up 17.

1. Ja'Marr Chase continues his rookie offensive player of the year case

It's going to be tough for Ja'marr Chase to win this award because Mac Jones has played well for the New England Patriots. If Chase can continue to do what he's been doing, there's no reason why he can't win the award. This week is going to help him out as he's going to score a touchdown and have over 100 yards receiving.
