To say Los Angeles Clippers big man Montrezl Harrell is excited about next season would be an understatement.

After signing Kawhi Leonard in free agency and trading for Paul George this summer, the Clippers are legitimate title contenders. LA won 48 games last season without having a single All-Star on the roster. The Clippers took the Golden State Warriors to six games in the first round of the 2019 playoffs. Now, they're adding two of the best players in the league.

Harrell, who was the third-place vote-getter for Sixth Man of the Year last season, can't wait for training camp to start:

“It’s going to be amazing, man,” Harrell said, via Jovan Buha of The Athletic. “It’s going to be fun. I’m ready to get out there and just get after it in training camp. Just be able to grow with the guys like we do every year. As you see, we took steps forward each year. Even with the run we had last year with the guys we had. Now you add two star pieces in Paul George and Kawhi Leonard and you also add a lot of role pieces that are going to help us all.”

Harrell averaged 16.6 points and 6.5 rebounds last season while shooting 61.5 percent from the field. He does all of his damage in the paint.

The Clippers will be a fun team to watch in 2019-20. They have three elite defenders in Leonard, George and Patrick Beverley, and Harrell brings relentless energy. Teams are going to have nightmares going up against the Clips next season.
