After being traded from the Boston Celtics in the off-season, Bradley played well for the Detroit Pistons. However, an attractive deal for Blake Griffin came their way, and they traded Bradley to the L.A. Clippers.

On paper, this is definitely a great trade for the Clippers. Bradley is known for his stingy perimeter defense and great 3-point shooting. The Clippers can surely benefit from what Bradley brings to the table.

Although, Bradley is currently on minutes restriction and this won't likely change in the next few games. However, Bradley is optimistic that the Clippers will go on a tear once he is back on the court full time, per CLNS Media’s Josue Pavon.

”I think we both bring another scorer, you know? Defensively, I bring that toughness. I bring something else to this team — leadership, which is important,” Bradley said. “Once I get off minutes-restriction we’re gonna be able to jell even that much more better together so it’s gonna be fun.”

The Clippers are currently ninth in the Western Conference, and are on the verge of making the postseason, even after they traded away Chris Paul and Blake Griffin.

Undoubtedly, Bradley will flourish playing for his old coach again, and he will be tasked with defending opposing guards once he comes back full time.

The Clippers are going to need a big push to make the postseason and stay there during this stretch of the season. Around this time, all teams are fighting for postseason positioning, so this may be the best time for the Clippers to unveil their newest trophy.
