Los Angeles Clippers head coach Doc Rivers has listed his beautiful Malibu Beach house for nearly $13 million, per Mark David of Variety.

Rivers bought the house back in 2017 for around $9.5 million. It has four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

Doc Rivers, a former NBA All-Star player and championship coach, who since 2013 has been the head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers, is looking to shake up his real estate portfolio, quietly listing a beachfront home in Malibu for nearly $13 million. The house was once owned by TV exec Don Ohlmeyer and leased by Backstreet Boy Nick Carter.

Rivers has been with the Clippers since 2013. He's the best coach in franchise history, as the Chicago native has racked up 351 wins in the regular season and 20 in the playoffs.

Once the 2020 postseason begins down in Orlando, Florida, Rivers will have his best shot at winning a title with the Clippers, who have never even played in an NBA Finals before. LAC is title contenders for the first time in franchise history with superstars Kawhi Leonard and Paul George leading the way. Both players are from California.

Before the 2019-20 season was suspended in March, the Clippers were in second place in the Western Conference standings with a record of 44-20. They were only behind the Los Angeles Lakers, a team they have beaten twice in the regular season.

Prior to the start of the 2020 playoffs, the Clips will take on the Lakers, New Orleans Pelicans, Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks, Portland Trail Blazers, Brooklyn Nets, Denver Nuggets and Oklahoma City Thunder in the eight seeding games.
