Donovan Mitchell played his heart out in Game 6. The Utah Jazz star guard put it all on the floor as his club faced elimination against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Mitchell posted absolutely sterling numbers in their final contest against the Clippers, tallying 39 points, nine rebounds and nine assists. The Jazz guard even had nine three-pointers by himself, capping off a playoff performance never before done in NBA history.

But it was the Clippers guard Terance Mann who stole the show. The second-year wing matched Spida with 39 points of his own, reaching that total on a spectacular 15-for-21 shooting clip.

After the game, Donovan Mitchell was seen peeping at the Clippers' box score. The camera's caught his frustration seeing that Terance Mann had only missed six shots all evening. More than a handful of those buckets came right at the rim, too.

That's just heartbreaking to watch. The defeat certainly stings a little extra for Donovan Mitchell and the Jazz. As the team that held the best record in the NBA for majority of the season, it certainly felt like they were poised to contend for a title. Their ticket to the next round seemed all but booked with Clippers star Kawhi Leonard out for the rest of the series.

Instead, the Los Angeles Clippers have themselves a date with the Phoenix Suns. You better believe Donovan Mitchell will be watching on the sidelines as fuel for a revenge tour next season.
