Any time a player in the NBA gets traded or leaves a team, fan silliness can always be expected.

When Blake Griffin was traded from the L.A. Clippers to the Detroit Pistons on Monday, there were definitely many reactions around the NBA. But one fan showed his displeasure with what transpired by removing every single Griffin jersey he owned, and filming the action.

If the count was correct, this fan has 11 Griffin jerseys, and he removed all but the last one and threw them all aside. The fact that this fan did not remove the final jersey while motioning that he still supported Griffin by pointing at his last name on the back of the final jersey was a pretty great gesture.

Many fans around the league buy some jerseys of their favorite players, but this fan in particular must've loved the Clippers and Blake Griffin to have purchased 11 jerseys. That's kind of a lot. Those jerseys are expensive, and even if they're all the least-expensive versions, they probably run about $100 each. That fan must have really loved Griffin to spend around $1,100 on jerseys.

But now that Griffin's gone, what else is he supposed to do with all those jerseys? That's the trouble with investing so much money in jerseys. If a player gets traded, it automatically might feel like a waste of money to have bought all those jerseys.

So even though fans can sometimes get too rowdy when players get traded, at times it's difficult to blame them for discarding jerseys of traded players.

At least this particular fan did not burn them.
