Los Angeles Clippers superstar small forward Kawhi Leonard didn't play against the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday due to rest.

However, in typical Leonard fashion, the Clippers star stole the show with his interesting face mask:

Leonard is one of the most interesting players in the NBA despite being very quiet and introverted. This face mask adds another layer to his already unique personality.

The Clippers play again on Sunday versus the Brooklyn Nets, so head coach Doc Rivers saw Saturday as a perfect day to give Leonard some rest with the playoffs approaching.

Leonard is averaging 26.9 points, 7.2 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game for the Clippers this season in 55 starts. The two-time Finals MVP is also shooting 46.6 percent from the field, 37.6 percent from beyond the arc and 88.6 percent from the free throw line.

The Clippers are looking to win their first title in franchise history down in Orlando, Florida. Led by Leonard and Paul George, L.A. has a good shot of winning the championship, but they first have to get through the rugged Western Conference.

Most pundits believe the Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers will meet in the 2020 Western Conference Finals. A seven-game series with Leonard, George, LeBron James and Anthony Davis would fill up the NBA TV ratings. The two teams played four times in the regular season, with each squad winning and losing twice.

The Lakers won the latest matchup at Walt Disney World.
