Six-time All-Star Paul George will make his Los Angeles Clippers debut soon, and Kawhi Leonard is very excited about it.

George practiced with the Clippers on Saturday. Leonard talked about PG's return to practice with reporters, via Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints:

George underwent surgery to his right rotator cuff and left labrum after the 2019 playoffs ended. He averaged 28.0 points, 8.2 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game last season with the Oklahoma City Thunder while shooting 43.8 percent from the field, 38.6 percent from beyond the arc and 83.9 percent from the free-throw line.

The Clippers are 6-3 on the season. Leonard has been nothing short of spectacular. In seven games this season, Leonard is putting up 29.0 points, 8.1 rebounds and 5.4 assists while shooting 46.2 percent from the floor, 30.6 percent from the 3-point line and 86.8 percent from the charity stripe.

For the first time in franchise history, the Clippers are legitimate title contenders with George and Leonard in the mix. Once George comes back and finds his rhythm, the Clippers are going to be a handful to deal with on both ends of the court.

A team with Leonard, George, Patrick Beverley and Montrezl Harrell on it is going to cause havoc on defense and be a juggernaut to defend on offense. Remember, LA has Lou Williams, one of the best pure scorers in the league.
