LOS ANGELES – The LA Clippers are preparing for the second half of their back-to-back set against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night. For the first time since he's joined the Clippers, however, Kawhi Leonard is expected to play in the second half of a back-to-back set.

Leonard, who isn't listed on the Clippers injury report, played on Tuesday night against the San Antonio Spurs and is expected to play tonight against the Warriors. It'll be his first back-to-back set since April of 2017.

Kawhi Leonard was a member of the San Antonio Spurs the last time he participated in a back-to-back set. That took place on April 4th and 5th when the Spurs took on the Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Lakers.

Marcus Morris, who has yet to make his season debut due to lingering knee soreness, was upgraded from out to questionable ahead of Wednesday's game, giving him his first real opportunity to play with the new-look Clippers.

Paul George was a late scratch on Tuesday night, missing his first game of the season due to right ankle soreness. Head coach Ty Lue says George tweaked the ankle sometime late in the Clippers road win over the Phoenix Suns.

Kawhi Leonard averaged 23.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.2 blocks on 43.7 percent shooting from the field and 33.3 percent from beyond the arc.
