Lou Williams continues to make history in his career, as the Los Angeles Clippers guard continues to be a spark off the bench and provide scoring from all angles on the floor.

In his 17th season, Williams may have taken a step back offensively. However, it hasn’t stopped him from reaching new milestones throughout the course of this 2020-21 season.

On Monday night, Williams recorded his 250th game with at least five assist or more, the most in NBA history. With the way he affects the game on the offensive end, it is not a surprise that he reached such a wonderful milestone.

Williams himself seemed to be proud of what he accomplished, as he took to Twitter to show his gratitude.

Williams replied to the Clippers post with two emojis referring to the milestone. It has been one magnificent career for Sweet Lou to say the least. He has had to overcome so many obstacles throughout his journey to find himself as a leading sixth man off the bench for LA.

Through the course of his career, Williams has won three Sixth Man of the Year honors. He is also a career 14.4 points per game scorer.

Lou Williams will continue to show his appreciation for everything he has achieved, but his main goal is to win his first championship with the Clippers. The team fell short a season ago in the NBA bubble after blowing a 3-1 lead. Lou Will and the Clips have since regrouped as they prepare to make another run at the NBA title.
