Former Los Angeles Lakers star Metta World Peace has never been one to hide his true feelings. As the Los Angeles Clippers stole Game 5 against the Phoenix Suns to keep their hopes alive in the Western Conference Finals, Metta World Peace tweeted in support of Paul George.

George was magnificent and has been for the entirety of the playoffs after the Pandemic P talk from the past few seasons. In the series against the Suns– one he has played without Kawhi Leonard– George has played well, with Game 4 being an exception. In Game 4 he had 23 points but on 5-20 from the field.

In Game 5 George responded with 41 points on 15-20 from the field to keep the Clippers' playoff hopes alive. The former Lakers star, World Peace, didn't stop at that and gave a bold claim on Paul George.

Is Metta World Peace far off? Probably not. George has stolen the show for the Clippers. With the Clippers' backs against the wall, he turned on the burners and allowed them to fight for just a couple more days.

Game 6 is Wednesday night in Los Angeles, and with the Lakers out, World Peace might be tuning in for that game to watch the greatness of Paul George.
