The Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Phoenix Suns in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals on Monday night. Paul George led the way for LA, outplaying Suns stars Chris Paul and Devin Booker en route to 41 points, 13 rebounds, six assists, and three steals.

One of the highlights, or lowlights depending on your team, was Paul George's crossover of Chris Paul late in the third quarter. The move, which came with a little push from George, sent Paul flying toward the baseline. The Clippers star drilled the wide-open 3-pointer to complete the play.

Paul has been notorious for flopping and trying to draw fouls in ways that opponents don't appreciate. While it's often played to his benefit, it has also made him look quite silly when he doesn't get the ball. That's exactly what happened in Game 5.

Twitter decided to have a little fun with George's move/Paul's flop in the Clippers' win on Monday night, creating an array of hilarious memes. Enjoy!

Twitter never fails in moments like this, and this was a prime performance. Paul George and the Clippers were worthy of it as they continue to show incredible resilience in these playoffs. Whenever they're pushed to the brink, they push right back and stay alive, no matter who's playing. LA was without Kawhi Leonard, Ivica Zubac, and Serge Ibaka on Monday night, but it was no matter thanks to George, Reggie Jackson, and others.

The Clippers will try to extend their season again in Game 6 on Wednesday. Meanwhile, pressure will remain on Chris Paul and the Suns to finish off LA to reach the NBA Finals. CP3 has struggled since returning from COVID-19, so the Suns will need more from him as he tries to secure his first-ever Finals appearance.
