The L.A. Clippers' season has taken a turn for the worst as a promising 4-0 start has turned into an 8-14 nightmare after losing nine straight games through a stretch and losing two starters in Blake Griffin and Patrick Beverley before getting into a quarter-way of the regular season. With not many reinforcements to arrive, for the exception of Milos Teodosic and Danilo Gallinari, the Clippers might decide to make a move and trade center DeAndre Jordan in hopes to better this team through the NBA Draft.

According to Sam Amick of USA TODAY Sports, the Clippers are listening to all incoming calls about Jordan, but haven't pushed to trade him — doing what any other diligent organization would do in this situation and waiting for the right offer to come along.

L.A. hasn't been desperate for change, as a series of unfortunate events has marred their plans to get this new group acquainted on the court and ready to play.

Even talks of a potential Doc Rivers firing are a far reach, given that owner Steve Ballmer has proved mindful enough of the chain of untimely events over the course of these first 22 games of the season.

So far, teams are just testing the waters and gauging how high a price they will put on the big man, but chances are the trade deadline would drive teams to make more handsome offers for his services, as desperation often does.
