Alan Anderson will be 34 years old in October. He's had somewhat of a roller-coaster ride in the NBA and wasn't able to truly find an impact on a club until he found himself with the Brooklyn Nets three years ago.

He routinely was awarded solid minutes in Brooklyn and became a nice scoring option off the bench. Following an impressive two-year stint with the Nets, Anderson hit free agency and signed with the Wizards. Unfortunately for Alan Anderson and the Wizards, he dealt with ankle injuries and he was only able to play 13 games this past season.

Now, Alan will get another chance with the Clippers.

Per Dan Woike:

The Clippers were in desperate need of a guard-forward who could contribute. Wesley Johnson and Paul Peirce are the only small forwards currently on the roster and they both don't have the offensive capabilities that Alan Anderson possesses.

It was a solid signing by the Clippers who will now look to utilize Anderson's talents often in the rotation this upcoming season.
