L.A. Clippers guard Lou Williams is already breaking ankles, and we're still a bit far off from the regular season.

In a clip posted by Overtime, Williams is seen pulling off a nasty crossover on an unlucky defender who felt he could stay in front of two-time Sixth Man of the Year:

Williams, who took home the 2018 Sixth Man of the Year Award, must be in a pretty good mood after a superb season last year. Not only did he get an individual trophy, he also signed a three-year contract extension with the Clippers.

At 31 years old, Williams admitted that it might be the last big deal he'll get before hanging up his sneakers for good. As per Will Hammock of the Gwinnett Daily Post:

“It was good to get it out of the way, especially seeing how the market was this summer. There wasn’t a ton of money out there for a lot of guys. We knew that going into it, so to get that out of the way and not have to worry about it this summer was great, especially at this point in my career. This will probably be, if not my last deal, I’ll probably get one more after it and call it quits. So it was good to get a nice one at such a late point.”

Williams added that he still has around four to five more good years in the tank. Until that time comes, we can expect Williams to light up the stat sheets every time he comes off from the bench. And during the offseason when we're itching for some basketball action, we can search for clips of Williams bruising ankles and nailing threes.
