Patrick Beverley is not a man who does things halfheartedly. The Los Angeles Clippers guard is always giving everything he's got at every stage of the game, and this is probably why he hurt his right wrist during their game against the Utah Jazz.

Early in the third quarter of the game, Beverley had to twist his body in order to avoid getting blocked by Rudy Gobert. Not only did the shot not fall in, however, as it also resulted in Bev losing his footing and falling hard on his right elbow in the process.

Beverley immediately rushed to the locker room after a dead ball. Fortunately for Clippers fans, he was able to come back to the game after it was reported that the X-rays returned negative. He even got to stamp his authority in the game as he made an emphatic block two minutes after his return.

Patrick Beverley is an important piece of the Clippers rotation, as he brings energy on offense and defense. Entering Saturday's game against the Jazz, he is averaging 7.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game.
