Despite a slight hiccup in the first quarter against Venezuela, the U.S. Men's basketball team has cruised through their first two games of the 2016 Rio Olympics. Despite the absence of superstars like LeBron James, Chris Paul, and Stephen Curry, Team USA appears to be an unstoppable force once again.

Mike Krzyzewski isn't so sure.

Their biggest threat in the previous two Olympic games, Spain, has fallen to 0-2 so far and could be eliminated at the end of pool play. After that, the most legitimate threat might be Australia.

The disparity in talent is vast, but Australia is no pushover, sporting the likes of Andrew Bogut, Patty Mills, and Matthew Dellavedova. The Aussies have taken on much tougher competition than the U.S. so far and they've excelled, beating a solid France team by 21 before cruising to a 15-point victory over Servia.

Coach K warned his players about the possibility of Australia beating them if they treat this game like another walk in the park.

From ESPN's Marc Stein:

“I'm sure Australia sees a lot of things that they can do against us because they're really good,” Krzyzewski said. “Australian basketball is terrific. … They can beat us. We know that, and we'll prepare accordingly.

“We know that they feel like they can beat us, and we understand that. I think it will be a really good game.”

We'll get to see the action play out later today as the Americans and Boomers face off at 6 p.m. EST on NBC Sports Network.
