Former North Carolina Tar Heels guard and current 2019 NBA Draft prospect Coby White is no doubt one of the most talented players in this year's class. Not only that, but White could possibly come off the board inside the top six picks in the first round of the upcoming 2019 NBA Draft.

According to a recent article from K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune, White could have a promise from a team that is looking to draft him somewhere in the top six.

“After meeting the media and interviewing with select teams, White left the combine with widespread speculation that he, too, has received a draft promise. Two league executives who spoke with the Tribune believe White’s promise is from a team that picks before the Bulls.”

White averaged 16.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game during his freshman season in Chapel Hill.

With the Chicago Bulls slated to pick at No. 7 overall in the first round of the 2019 NBA Draft, the top five shakes out with the New Orleans Pelicans, Memphis Grizzlies, New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers and Cleveland Cavaliers, respectively. The top three picks are all but locked in already, too, with former Duke Blue Devils big man Zion Williamson, former Murray State Racers point guard Ja Morant and former Duke Blue Devils swingman R.J. Barrett slated to come off the board with the top three picks.

However, everything outside of the top three remains a toss up, including the possibility that White will come off the board before the Bulls are able to make a pick at No. 7 overall.
