Activision Blizzard finally revealed the Call of Duty Vanguard Release Date. That's just in time as many people are already wondering exactly when is COD Vanguard coming out. Thankfully, the game's release date was finally unveiled when it was introduced during a Warzone event. But when is it coming out, exactly?

Call of Duty Vanguard Release Date: November 4

The Call of Duty Vanguard release date will be on November 4, 2021. That's going to be a Friday, so mark your calendars and prepare for a full weekend of the first next-gen Call of Duty game. It will be coming out on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.

Pre-loading of the game will be available as early as November 2, from 10 AM PDT. The game will start unlocking for those who pre-ordered and pre-loaded by November 4, 9 PM PDT.

Call of Duty Vanguard returns the series to World War II, a setting that hasn't been revisited for four years. It will also be a tribute to mostly underrepresented nationalities during that time period. Sledgehammer Games say that the player will take up multiple points of view to witness “untold stories of multinational heroes.” That's indeed an oft-forgotten perspective from media covering this time period, so it's nice for Activision to go in this direction. This game won't be a sequel to 2017's Call of Duty WWII.
