Deion Sanders chose to accept a head coaching job at Jackson State University — an HBCU — and it appears his son will be following him. Despite having offers from multiple big-name colleges, Deion's son, Shedeur Sanders, has committed to Jackson State.

Deion Sanders knows that Shedeur currently plays high school football at Trinity Christian School in Texas. The four-star quarterback was born in Cedar Hill, Texas, and has decided to play on the opposite side of the ball that his father did in the NFL.

Of course, Deion Sanders was arguably the best cornerback to ever play in the NFL. The Hall of Famer cornerback spent the majority of his 14-year career with the Atlanta Falcons and Dallas Cowboys. He would also spend time with the Washington Football Team, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Baltimore Ravens.

As for his son Shedeur, he's creating his own path as a pro-style quarterback who is set to graduate high school in the class of 2021. Before committing to Jackson State and Deion Sanders, Shedeur has also received offers from programs like Alabama, Arizona State, Florida Atlantic, and Baylor.
