Texas Longhorns quarterback Sam Ehlinger had himself a day against the rival Oklahoma Sooners.

Ehlinger rushed for his fourth touchdown in the second overtime to tie the game up at 45.

Whenever rivals such as Texas and Oklahoma play, you can throw records and previous stats out the door. These games are always close from start to finish and Sam Ehlinger is etching his name in the long history of this rivalry.

Lincoln Riley changed quarterbacks twice for his Sooners in the Texas matchup that turned into a classic, taking out Spencer Rattler and reinserting him later in the bout.

A missed field goal in triple overtime to win the game for the Sooners sent Texas with a chance to win in quadruple overtime, but Ehlinger was later picked off.
