The Indianapolis Colts played a near-perfect game against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday but there was still one slip up by Andrew Luck and it gave Eric Ebron a chance to poke some fun at his teammate. The Colts reached into their bag of tricks when Ebron tried to throw a pass to Luck who was diving in the end zone. Luck came up just short and Ebron thinks he knows the reason: he has gotten slower.

“You know, I went back and looked at a Stanford clip of him doing that,” Ebron said, via Pro Football Talk. “But, you know, that was a couple years ago. Maybe I should have thought about that. He might have been a little slower this time.”

Ebron said he does regret overthrowing Luck because he had a crazy celebration planned. The good news for the Colts was not having that touchdown celebration was about the only thing that went wrong on Sunday.

Luck had another big game throwing for 297 yards and three touchdowns for a passer rating for 143.8. That was enough for the Colts to come away with a 38-10 victory. The win now moves the Colts to 5-5 and with the way they are playing they have a real shot to make the playoffs. The Colts sit two games behind the Houston Texans for first place in the AFC South, but with one game remaining against them, they do also have a real shot to catch them.

If the Colts can continue to win games Luck and the rest of the team will be back in the playoffs.
