Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton had another standout season in 2018 and ESPN is expecting an even bigger season in 2019. Time and time again last season when Andrew Luck needed a big catch, he looked in the direction of Hilton, and it seemed most times he came through.

After finishing last season with 76 receptions for 1,270 yards and six touchdowns, ESPN sees every one of those stats going up.

The official prediction by ESPN for Hilton's 2019 season is 84 receptions for 1,358 yards and seven touchdowns. That relates to 266.6 fantasy football points which is over 20 points more than he finished with last year.

“Despite missing two games last season, Hilton finished as fantasy's No. 14 scoring wide receiver. Hilton has now finished all seven of his NFL seasons as a top 27 fantasy receiver… Hilton's only concern area is touchdowns, as he has never managed more than seven scores in a single season and hasn't caught more than six since 2014.”

One of the reasons for Hilton's lack of touchdowns, especially last year, was the emergence of Eric Ebron as Andrew Luck's favorite target in the red zone. Ebron finished the season with 13 touchdowns, and there is a good chance that he has another big year.

That means most of the production again this year for T.Y. Hilton will be between the 20-yard lines. As long as Hilton stays healthy he should be the receptions leader again for the Colts, but most importantly, they're poised to compete for the AFC crowd this season,. Last year, the Colts lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in the divisional round, and the expectations this year are to make it at least that far.
