In spite of the fact that Indianapolis Colts coordinators Matt Eberflus and Nick Sirianni have been drawing significant head-coaching interest from rival teams, Colts head coach Frank Reich expects both guys to be back next season, according to Zak Keefer of The Indianapolis Star.

Eberflus completed his first year as Colts defensive coordinator this season.

Prior to joining Indianapolis, Eberflus was a member of the Dallas Cowboys coaching staff from 2011 through 2017, serving as a linebackers coach the entire time while also holding a post as passing game coordinator during his final two years with the club.

Eberflus' first NFL coaching job, however, came with the Cleveland Browns in 2009, when he served as linebackers coach for two years before joining the Cowboys in 2011.

Prior to making the jump to the NFL, the 48-year-old was a defensive coordinator at the University of Missouri from 2001 through 2008, and before his stint with Missouri, Eberflus spent nine years on Toledo's coaching staff.

Like Eberflus, Sirianni also just completed his first year with the Colts, serving as the team's offensive coordinator.

Previously, he had been a member of the Los Angeles Chargers' coaching staff, holding a variety of different positions over a span of five seasons from 2013 through 2017.

Sirianni's first NFL coaching gig came with the Kansas City Chiefs back in 2009, where he coached from 2009 through 2012 as an offensive quality control coach, assistant quarterbacks coach and wide receivers coach.

The Colts won 10 games this year and made the playoffs in spite of a 1-5 start. They fell to the Chiefs in the Divisional Round on Saturday.
