The Indianapolis Colts made a big turnaround in the middle of the regular season. After a slow start, Indianapolis strung together multiple impressive wins, putting themselves in contention for the postseason. However, a collapse in the final two weeks prevented them from making the 2022 NFL playoffs. Owner of the organization Jim Irsay delivers an inspirational message to fans.

While standing in the cold next to his private jet, Colts owner Jim Irsay sent a video through social media going over the frustration within the franchise. It seems Irsay is determined to get Indianapolis back into title contention by next year.

It'll be a tough road, as the Colts need a bit of help to become a legitimate contender. However, there is a sense that an upgrade at the quarterback position would fix most of the problems going on for Indianapolis. For now, Carson Wentz is the starter, but the front office might have different plans this offseason after missing the 2022 NFL Playoffs.

Nothing is concrete, as Wentz's job security is simply speculation. It's too early to say what the Colts plan to do, but if Jim Irsay felt the need to inspire the fan base, we should expect a busy offseason for this franchise. Moving forward, it would be wise for this team to build the offense around Jonathan Taylor.

It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out. The Colts will have plenty of options available between free agency and the NFL Draft. If the front office can maintain most of the defense while improving the wide receiver core, they should be able to make progress next year. Either way, fans are surely looking forward to seeing what Jim Irsay. has up his sleeves.
