Jonathan Taylor has been incredible this season for the Indianapolis Colts and he may have just set his most impressive record yet.

Taylor scored five touchdowns against the Buffalo Bills, four of which came on the ground and one through the air, before the fourth quarter even began. That quintet of touchdowns is a single-game franchise record for a single game and it makes Taylor the 13th player in NFL history to score that many TDs in a game.

Taylor also joined the legendary LaDanian Tomlinson as the only players to accumulate 100 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown in eight consecutive games. Taylor joined Tomlinson on this list earlier this season when he surpassed six such performances.

Entering today's game against the Bills — who have one of the best defensive units in the league, especially against the run — Taylor was tied in rushing yards with Derrick Henry for the most in the NFL with 937 yards. His nine rushing touchdowns were the third most. In just his second season in the league, he is looking like a lock for the Pro Bowl and possibly an All-Pro team with Henry missing significant time with a broken foot.

The Colts should be extremely thankful for Taylor's production. He entered today as the league leader in yards from scrimmage by over 100 yards and has the Colts firmly in the race for a Wild Card spot.
