In his first season in Indianapolis, Justin Houston has already made his impact felt in a big game. Thanks to Houston's fourth-down stop against Kansas City Chiefs running back Damien Williams, his Indianapolis Colts were able to come out of Arrowhead Stadium with a win.

However, Houston doesn't think the Colts are done just yet. Per Kevin Hickey of the Colts Wire, Houston stated:

“I just hope we continue to build off this situation. I know we’ve got a great team and I know we can do great things.”

What a game to build off if you're Indianapolis.

Head coach Frank Reich and the rest of the Colts coaching staff gave a blueprint to the rest of the league on how to slow down Mahomes and the Chiefs. Indy was able to control the clock with their successful running attack led by Marlon Mack and a terrific offensive line.

Let's also give the defense some credit, as they were able to stop Kansas City on third down for much of the night. Keeping the ball out the MVP's hands is key to limiting the potential shootout as is the case with most of Mahomes' opponents.

Indianapolis will have to slow down another top tier offensive unit next week when they welcome Deshaun Watson, Will Fuller, and the Houston Texans. Since entering the league no one has more five touchdown games than Watson, not even Mahomes. It will be key for the Colts to attempt to replicate their offensive and defensive performances to limit Watson's effectiveness.
