According to Indianapolis Colts writer Andrew Walker, wide receiver T.Y. Hilton is expected to be inactive in next week's matchup with the New England Patriots. Hilton suffered a hamstring injury in his team's 37-34 loss to the Houston Texans.

Before his hamstring injury, Hilton went down with what was reported to be a chest injury. He was listed as questionable to return, but he did. He recorded 4 receptions for a team-leading 115 yards in the game.

Hilton consistently hovers around the 1,000-yard receiving mark each year. This season, he has recorded 21 receptions for 249 yards and two scores. The team's top receiver will surely be missed against the Patriots.

The Colts finally have Andrew Luck back this year, but they are off to a 1-3 start. They had a good chance to tie the Texans, but a failed fourth down conversion cost them the game. Had they punted the ball with a little over 20 seconds on the game clock, they could have gotten a better result. Nevertheless, Luck was glad his team played for the win.

Luck tied a franchise record by completing 40 passes in the game. He also broke the franchise record for passing attempts in a game (62), set a career high for single-game passing yards (464) and became the second fastest quarterback in NFL history to reach 20,000 career passing yards.

T.Y. Hilton is Luck's favorite target, but the Colts QB connected with seven other players in this past week's loss. It'll be tough, but Luck and the rest of the Colts should be able to be respectable without their best weapon.
