The Indianapolis Colts will get No. 1 wide receiver T.Y. Hilton back for a pivotal divisional clash with the Tennessee Titans on Thursday night.

Hilton missed the team's last game against the Baltimore Ravens with a groin issue, but Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported the four-time Pro Bowler is good to go.

The 30-year-old Colts standout pass-catcher has not been 100 percent for some time now.

Hilton has dealt with a myriad of injuries in the past few years. He played through injury en route to 14 starts in 2010, but missed six games last year.

While Hilton played in the team's first seven games this season, he has not really been fully healthy. Hilton has just 22 receptions for 251 yards, and he has yet to find the end zone this season.

The explosiveness has been lacking, as Hilton is averaging just 11.4 yards per catch and has just 66 yards after the catch thus far. Plus, his 5.1 drop percentage (as it stands) would be the worst mark of his career.

Of course, there are other reasons for T.Y.'s woes this year, aside from health.

Colts quarterback Philip Rivers has shown a certain level of comfort throwing to his slot receivers, with Zach Pascal as the primary beneficiary. Rivers has also resorted to dumping the ball off in the flats to the likes of Nyheim Hines.

However, Indianapolis will have a chance to hit on some big plays against a woeful Titans defense that ranks 27th in the NFL in terms of passing yards allowed.

Perhaps this will be the game Hilton really makes his mark as the Colts hope to take over the top spot in the AFC South.
