Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton is not sure if he will play in his team's Week 13 matchup with the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, according to Zak Keefer of The Athletic.

Hilton has been battling a calf injury that kept him out from Weeks 9 through 11. He returned last Thursday in the Colts' AFC South showdown against the Houston Texans but logged just three catches for 18 yards.

The wideout says that he was fighting through the tightness in his calf during the loss and that he didn't have his usual explosiveness. He also noted that he spent the weekend in the training room getting treatment and hopes to practice this week and eventually play on Sunday.

Indianapolis is battling injuries up and down its roster, whether it's running back Marlon Mack being sidelined with a fractured hand, receiver Devin Funchess trying to return from a collarbone injury or tight end Eric Ebron being placed on injured reserve due to ankle issues.

Obviously, the Colts desperately need Hilton on the field, especially considering they will be going up against a Titans club that has now drawn even with them at 6-5 and is ascending while Indianapolis seems to be declining.
