Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton has been dealing with an ankle injury in recent weeks, but was able to play through the injury in last week's victory over the Houston Texans. Unfortunately, Hilton has not been on the practice field leading up to this week's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
#Colts final practice of the week is underway.
Still no T.Y. Hilton (ankle) yet. He hasn’t practiced this week after playing through the ankle against Houston.
And Mark Glowinski isn’t here for a third straight day. Joe Haeg at right guard on Sunday?

For a player who is experiencing the type of injury Hilton is, he didn't appear injured at all against the Texans. Hilton caught nine balls on 12 targets and accounted for 199 receiving yards against a stout Houston defense. Hilton could definitely still play this weekend against the Cowboys without practicing considering there was a similar situation last week.
Hilton has been a key to the Colts' success this season and more notably the connection between quarterback Andrew Luck and Hilton has been reignited this season. Luck missed all of last season with a shoulder injury and Hilton simply did not have the same success without Luck under center.
The Colts also look like they could make a return to the playoffs after missing the last several seasons. Indianapolis finds themselves in second place behind Houston in the AFC South.
After a five-game winning streak, it's possible the Colts could keep up their strong play heading into the postseason. The Colts will definitely need Luck and Hilton on the field if they hope to make a playoff run.
Hilton will not be rushed back, but this week's matchup against the Cowboys could decide the Colts' playoff fate. Hopefully, the Colts will have their No. 1 receiver on the field.
