Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton was in Orlando representing the franchise in the Pro Bowl. Hilton was without quarterback and three-time Pro Bowler Andrew Luck on the team after Luck missed the entire year due to a shoulder injury.

When asked by Pro Bowl teammate Antonio Brown about his quarterback’s condition as they were shooting the breeze during practice, Hilton replied optimistically about Luck’s chances of getting back onto the field next season.

“He needs to get healthy right now, that’s the main thing,” Hilton said. “I’ve got to have my guy with me. He’ll be out there with me.”

Brown jokingly replied that “He’ll be out there running,” which is a not-so-subtle shot at the Colts’ offensive line.

Hilton, who was in hot water for his public criticism of the O-line earlier in the season, countered by saying “People don’t know, that boy’s fast!”

Having Luck back would certainly be a huge boost for T.Y. Hilton. The Colts receiver saw his numbers drop to their lowest levels since his rookie year as he had to play with Jacoby Brissett for most of the year. He finished with 57 catches on 108 targets and had 966 receiving yards with four touchdowns, all of which were his lowest totals since 2012.

But thanks to A.J. Green pulling out of the game, T.Y. Hilton still made it to his fourth Pro Bowl in a row. And if Luck does indeed make it back to be with Hilton next season running incoming head coach Josh McDaniels' offense, he'll like his chances of making the team again.
