Training camp can be a stressful period for players. Some players are looking to keeping their NFL dream alive, and others are looking to meet up to more significant expectations going into next season. Even for a guy like wide receiver Devin Funchess, who is a new addition for the Indianapolis Colts that's trying to make a mark with his new team.

He's trying to get back into form after having a significant dip in his production last season from his 63 catches for 840 yards and eight touchdowns in 2017. He only put together 44 catches for 549 yards and four touchdowns in a down year for the former Wolverine. And he's looking to get back into form by working opposite of wideout TY Hilton and providing another option for quarterback Andrew Luck.

But he seems to be making it with a good impression with the younger fans in the stands.

Outside of the players and coaches during the training camp practices are the fans wanting to see more from their team. Especially a few lucky fans that were playing catch with the new wideout from the bleachers.

Taking time away to help make a kid's day is something that goes a long way to get the fans behind you. This sort of behavior goes a long way, and it shouldn't take too long before he's seeing some young Colts fans wearing his jersey in the stands. First impressions are always important, and the former Carolina Panther is making quite the impression as a new member of the Colts.
