Indianapolis Colts tight end Trey Burton got his second score of the day, catching a touchdown pass from quarterback Phillip Rivers late in the second quarter against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Catching the ball on an outside route that left the Bengals safety in no man's land, Burton's ability to bring the catch in while dragging his left foot through the end-zone is the perfect encapsulation of the TE's offensive awareness that once earned him a long-term contract with the Chicago Bears.

Having previously scored in the red-zone on a rushing play in which he took the snap, the former undrafted product out of the University of Florida is playing in only his third game of the season, thanks to injury concerns that have plagued him throughout the last three seasons.

Having entered the year as the second tight end option behind Mo Alie-Cox, Burton's performance thus far Sunday has proven that when available, he is capable of providing the type of offensive punch the Colts desperately need.
