Not even 24 hours after Conor McGregor shockingly shattered his leg in his UFC 264 headline match against Dustin Poirier, the Notorious is already scheduling himself for his comeback trail.

McGregor revealed the good news that he got through his surgery without complications, and gave a timeline for his return that seems miraculous to say the least.

“Just out of the surgery room guys! Surgery went excellent! Feeling tremendous! 6 weeks on crutch and we build back! Let’s go! God bless”

Judging by how Conor McGregor's ankle looked immediately after his defeat, you would have expected him to be out of commission for quite some time. But you wouldn't put it past one of the toughest guys to grace the octagon to exceed timelines meant for us mere mortals.

McGregor, after all, was still talking some major trash at Poirier after the match, via The Independent;

“This is not over” as he spoke to Joe Rogan. “I was boxing the ears off him, kicking the legs off him, usual s**** he dived to close the distance,” he said.

“This is not over! If I have to take this outside with him it’s on outside I don’t give a b*******.”

Perhaps he's rushing back to set up McGregor-Poirier 4? We shall see.
