The Dallas Cowboys have been as quiet as they come in the NFL in terms of making moves during the offseason this year. Although there are areas of need on both sides of the football for America's Team, the front office in Dallas has been content with sitting back and watching all the movement around the league until now.

According to ESPN, the Cowboys have made their first significant move in NFL free agency by bringing in wide receiver Allen Hurns.

Free agent wide receiver Allen Hurns told ESPN's Josina Anderson Friday that he will sign with the Dallas Cowboys.

This is an interesting move by the Cowboys as it could very well signal the end of Dez Bryant in Dallas. There's been a lot of talk about what the future holds for Bryant with the star wideout set to make $12.5 million next season and his productive not exactly coinciding with his large salary.

As for Hurns, the 26-year-old wideout has reportedly signed a two-year deal with the team, via ESPN.

Hurns will sign a two-year deal, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Last season, Hurns played in only 10 games for the Jaguars leading to a second consecutive season in Jacksonville that could be classed as mediocre. He recorded 39 receptions in 2017 for 484 yards and two touchdowns.

Back in 2015, Hurns had a breakout year in a Jaguars uniform. The Miami product hauled in a career-high 64 catches for 1,031 yards and 10 touchdowns as he quickly became one of Blake Bortles' favorite targets in the passing game in Jacksonville.

Depending on what the Cowboys brass plans to do with Bryant, Hurns could play a significant role in Dallas during the 2018 campaign as long as he's able to stay healthy and on the field.
