The Dallas Cowboys have been one of the better teams in football all season long and most of their dominance is because of how good their defense has been.

With how good their defense has been, it makes sense why Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn is starting to get some head coaching opportunity talks. When the Cowboys' defensive coordinator was asked about head coaching jobs, he had this to say,

“I wasn’t coming here to look what my next job would be. I wanted to come in here, have a blast & hopefully kick ass.”

“If (head coaching opportunities) come, I’ll be ready for them…But I’m having a blast being right here with this crew and going for it.”

This is the perfect response for Cowboys fans and exactly what they want to hear because it seems like he's enjoying himself in Dallas. That's exactly what they're going to need him to continue doing because they have some big games coming up as they have Super Bowl aspirations. They cannot have any worries about their defensive coordinator going to a different team because they need him present and coaching at the highest level he possibly can.

Dan Quinn is going to be an interesting name to keep in mind as head coaching job starts becoming available in the NFL. He has made the Cowboys' defense one of the best in all of the NFL so expect teams to want him as their next head coach.
