CeeDee Lamb is expected to be an immediate impact player for the Dallas Cowboys and now he's under contract. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Dallas has signed Lamb to a fully guaranteed deal as a rookie.

Altogether, Lamb's rookie deal is going to be worth $14.01 million over the span of four years. Of course, seeing that he was a first-round selection, Lamb is also going to have a fifth-year option attached to his contract.

With training camps around the league beginning on July 28, teams are looking to get their rookie deals in place. Now, with Lamb putting pen to paper, the rookie wide receiver can join the Cowboys when training camps do get underway.

Upon his arrival to Dallas, Lamb is projected to give the Cowboys a lethal receiver trio for Dak Prescott to target in 2020. Besides Lamb, Dallas also deploys Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup at the wide receiver position. Not to mention, tight end Blake Jarwin is expected to replace Jason Witten and running back Ezekiel Elliott figures to have a role in the team's aerial attack.

Coming out of Oklahoma, Lamb was regarded as one of the best wide receiver prospects in the 2020 NFL Draft. Still, the standout pass-catcher somehow managed to fall to pick No. 17 in the first round. Therefore, the Cowboys knew they couldn't pass on the opportunity to draft him.

At this point in the offseason, there are quite a few first-round picks that have yet to sign their rookie deals. However, the Cowboys have inked Lamb to his rookie contract and hope he can become an immediate contributor for the team in 2020.
