Veteran wide receiver Dez Bryant may not have spent a lot of seasons in the league but he remains confident that his numbers are enough to bring his name to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He confidently claimed that no other receiver can match the number of touchdowns at the rate that he has played all throughout his career.

“Nobody put up TDs the way I put up,” the 32-year-old said. “Not as fast.”

Dez Bryant was best known for his stint with the Dallas Cowboys which ran from 2010 to 2017. His tenure in Texas was highlighted by three Pro Bowl appearances and a first-team All-Pro selection.

The best season of his playing career came during the 2014 season where he notched 1,320 receiving yards on 88 receptions along with a league-leading tally of 16 touchdowns through 16 games played.

His career was eventually marred by major injuries which sidelined him for two full seasons. In 2020, Bryant finally got a chance to redeem himself after he was given an opportunity by the Baltimore Ravens. He saw action in five games and amassed 47 yards on six receptions to go with two touchdowns for head coach John Harbaugh.

Bryant saw action and played in nine NFL seasons where he garnered a total of 7,506 yards on 537 touches along with 75 touchdowns through 118 games played.

After his short stint in Baltimore has ended, it remains to be seen whether or not Bryant will get to return to the field moving forward. Although he admits that he isn't a first-ballot Hall of Fame candidate, Dez Bryant still believes that he has done enough to land himself a spot in Canton when the time comes.
