Tony Pollard put the Dallas Cowboys ahead with a 42-yard run in the fourth quarter of their showdown against the Minnesota Vikings.

Out of the singleback formation, Pollard was handed the ball and bounced it to the outside, taking it all the way down the sideline into the endzone.

It was Pollard's third rush of the game and the longest run for him so far in the season. Thus far this 2020, he has rushed for 206 yards and one touchdown. Pollard is in his second year in the NFL out of Memphis.

The Cowboys have been struggling this season, especially after Dak Prescott was sidelined for the remainder of the season following an injury in Week 5. Andy Dalton also had a concussion, which kept him out of action for the last two weeks,

In spite of their record and the injuries, the Cowboys are still in contention to win the division in the abysmal NFC East. No team has more than three wins, with the Philadelphia Eagles leading with a 3-6-1 record.
