TNT sideline reporter Craig Sager has had a rough year dealing with a recurring sickness.
Ironically he has also had a year filled with honor, respect, and love from his peers.
Sager will now be rewarded for two decades of professional reporting.
He will be honored as an inductee during the 10th Annual Broadcast Hall of Fame on December 13.
The 65-year-old reporter is recovering from his third extensive leukemia treatment and has not worked a single NBA game this season.
He has covered the NBA, MLB, and Olympic competitions during his career.
