Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.1 fixed a lot of issues in the game. It fixed various game-breaking bugs, and CDPR also improved stability. However, there are still a lot of issues not fixed by Patch 1.1 Some of the problems are even apparently introduced by the new patch. Here are three the worst bugs that still linger in Cyberpunk 2077.

CYBERPUNK 2077 PATCH 1.1 HAVEN'T FIXED THE FOLLOWING ISSUES YET:

  1. Panam plays a very big role in Cyberpunk 2077. It is therefore very disappointing when a game-breaking bug prevents you from completing her side-quest. In the quest “A Little Help From My Friends,” Panam may get stuck with a conversation loop, making it impossible for the player to progress the story. While this is happening, Panam's animation will also bug out. Players observed Panam sitting on an invisible chair, and even “walking” in that position. This issue hasn't been fixed yet as of Patch 1.1
  2. Players have very limited options on who to romance in Cyberpunk 2077. The handful of characters include River Ward. However, in one of the missions involving River called “The Hunt,” some players have reported that the braindance in this quest won't complete even after all requirements have been met. According to some players, the prompt to complete the braindance may just not appear. Hence, this gives the impression that the braindance can't be completed. However, others have also reported that they can't exit the brain dance even when they've scanned all relevant objects. Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.1 doesn't reference The Hunt at all, implying that the bug still remains unfixed.
  3. The main questline for Cyberpunk 2077 includes a lengthy plot involving Takemura. Hence, completing this quest is required to finish the game. However, in the quest “Down on the Street, players may get stuck in their progress because of a game-breaking bug. While the patch notes mention this bug and report it to be fixed, players say that the problem persists. In the quest, after visiting Wakako together, V and Takemura will part ways. Takemura tells V that he'll call him the day after. For many players, once they receive the call, Takemura will never speak, preventing them to progress through the questline.

CDPR REVEALS UPDATES ROADMAP

Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.1 is a step in the right direction, but more work needs to be done before the game reaches its full potential. CD Projekt Red is still just fixing issues with the game's stability, and are yet to introduce quality of life improvements. Because of this, the free DLCs and multiplayer modes planned for the game will take a back seat in the devs' priorities. After Patch 1.1, CDPR tells us that there will be another patch, Patch 1.2, coming later this year. After these two major patches, more hotfixes and feature updates will be introduced, including a free next-generation console update.
